Overview

FinCask ("the app") is a business application published by Saskey Innovations ("we", "us"). It is used by finance companies and their authorised employees to manage the company's own loan operations — loan accounts, EMI schedules, collections, and accounting. FinCask is not a consumer product and does not sell any goods or digital content to app users.

In most cases the finance company that engages us is the controller of the business data processed in the app; Saskey Innovations acts as its service provider (processor). This policy explains what the app itself collects and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Account & sign-in information — the name, email address and/or phone number your organisation uses to create your login, and authentication data needed to keep you signed in.
• Business records you enter — loan, customer, collection and accounting data that you or your organisation record in the app in the course of its business. This data belongs to your organisation.
• Device & usage information — basic technical data such as app version, device type, and diagnostic/error logs, used to keep the service reliable and secure.

Permissions the app may request

• Camera / photos — only when you choose to attach or capture a document or receipt.
• Notifications — to alert you about tasks such as due collections or approvals.

Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature you use, and you can manage them in your device settings.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the app and its features for your organisation.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To provide support and to diagnose and fix problems.
• To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Information is shared only:

• with your own organisation (the owner of the business data);
• with trusted service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; and
• where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored on secured infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention

Business records are retained for as long as your organisation's account is active or as required by its agreement with us and by applicable law. Requests to access, correct, or delete data should be directed to your organisation (the data owner) or to us using the contact details below.

Children

FinCask is intended for use by businesses and their staff. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
